• Terms/Prices:  All prices quoted are FOB our factories.  An official written purchase order is required to complete order shipment.  Prices subject to change without notice.  Terms extended to established customers.
• Limited Warranty Policy:  We warrant to the original end user all products manufactured by the company to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year.  The warranty does not cover failures due to negligence, accident, or installation not made in accordance with the company's instructions or failure to follow maintenance instructions.  Parts to be replaced must be sent freight prepaid by the customer to nk medical products, inc.
• Returned Goods:  Return merchandise authorization (RMA) required.  Product must be returned in original packaging within 30 days from the date of issuance of RMA.  Returns will be subject to a 25% handling and re-stocking charge plus any additional costs resulting from damage or use.  After 60 days from date of purchase receipt, nk medical products reserves the right to refuse return goods for any reason.  If accepted, the amount of credit will be at the discretion of nk medical products.  Items offensively soiled, abused or misused are not to be returned for credit or for repair under any circumstances.
